Use to grate cheese,chocolate,fresh fruits and

wash on top of the bread, pies and other bake
products

Use for rolling out or flattening the dough for
bread or pie crust

Use for leveling off dry ingredients,spreading
fillings,frosting and icing on cakes

Used to hold ingredients together

Use to measure dry ingredients only individual
cup for every measurement requirements

Used to measure liquid ingredients only

It is used to measure ingredients in large
quantities such as flour and rice

It is used for beating,stirring and blending

This is an electrically operated gadget which is
use to perfectly beat eggs, whip cream, or
butter

This is kitchen necessity,use in cut and fold
procedure of egg white and batter mixture
 Wooden spoon
A multi-purpose baking tool use for creaming
or sitting certain ingredients
 Wire whisk
Use to stir sause or eggs evently thus making
them lump free
 Mortar and pestle
It is used to pound or ground ingredients
 Pastry blender
It has a handle with wine used to cut in fat or
shortening in the preparation of pies biscuits
and pastries.

It has a blade knife used to cut dough when
making pastries, yeast breads or cutting pizza.

It is used to slice rolls and delicate cakes.

It is used to mold and shape cookies

This is a shallow,rectangular pan used for
baking rolls (cake rolls,pianono and other

This is a round pan with scalloped sides used
for baking elegant and special cakes.
 Pie plate
Use in baking pies such as buko pie,egg pie
 Custard cup
It is made of porcelain or glass and is used for
baking individual custard
 Griddle pans
It is used to bake griddles or pancakes.
 Loaf pans
It is used to bake loaf bread or sliced bread
 Macaroon molds
They are used in baking macaroons and small
cakes

Ideal in baking cookies, biscuits, and other
bake products .

It is a large oven into which entire racks full of
sheet pans can be wheeled for baking.
 Deck oven
It allows item to be placed on baking sheets
that are put directly on the deck of the oven.
 Mechanical oven
It is used in high volume operations
 Convection oven
It contains fans that circulate the air and
distribute the heat.
 Dutch oven
It is a thick-walled cooking pot with a tight
fitting lid.it is called casserole dishes in english
speaking countries
 Peel
A flat wooden board with either long or short
pole use to place bake products in the oven
and taking them out
 Long A
A sturdy table use for make-up operation in
baking, either stainless steel or smooth
wooden table.
 Bread box/proof box
A covered square wooden box where molded
dough units are allowed to proof or rise.
 Pastrybag
A conical shape disposable plastic or plastic
coated material use to pipe out cream
mixture, icing or frosting.
 Cake comb
A triangular plastic or stainless sheet with
edges of different shape,size and design

These are pointed metal or plastic tubes used
for frosting or decorating the pastries or cakes
with icing.
 Cake decorator (cylindrical)
It is used in decorating or designing cake and
other pastry products.
