 Facing difficulties in installation,

operation, maintenance from the
beginning.

 Installation completed in January,2015

without completing some key safety
tasks though Elevator received on May
26,2010.

  The accident of sudden trap of 14
people for more than 18 minutes
inside the elevator # 2 was a serious
indication of risk following which
management has stopped operating
the elevators.
 A number of world reputed brand
elevator companies with strong
local experience had been engaged
to modify (if required) the elevators
(for ensuring full safety) and to
operate them as their own brand.
Creative was awarded for
refurbish two Elevators since long
term solution cannot possible with
these Elevators

Installation • Conduit cabling for other floor are done except remaining 25,
construction parts of level 4 & 7. 2016 (More than 70%
• PO awarded to NOHMI , Japan, for additional devices and work done)
expecting to get the materials by July , 2016,
• This additional materials will be installed at remaining floors
and it may take another two weeks to complete.

5. Waste Water Treatment • Engaged specialized consultant IWM for designing January 2016 December 2016
for Matlab Health Research the waste water treatment plant
Centre • Contractor will be engaged to complete the work
after the design completion
• on June 27,2016 we have received 3 (Three) Bid
• We cal them for presentation their proposal by end of
this week . We hope we can select Vendor within the
next week and the start work.
6. A/C installation Patent • 21 A/C Installed at Matlab Hospital before Eid
care area at Matlab Vacation ,Cable installation and improvement of
Hospital electrical wiring is in progress. We also work for
Increasing power from 250 KW to 450 KW.
7. Reparing and • For 4 Sub Centre and Matlab Hospital Repairing
renovation work at Matlab works Tender in Progress we hope By the end of Next

(ICEL/Ziton)……but yet to be installed!
• Added to this, BTCL became barred by CPTU/icddrb in 2009
• Contacted directly with NOHMI Japan; direct agreement with Nohmi
• This saved 121 K USD materials purchased earlier and also about
another 100 K USD by avoiding purchasing of “additional” Fire Detection
System
• The entire process will be completed within 1st quarter of 2016
