CORPORATE •PSPC’s Board of Directors is

•It is the committee who shall have authority over the
Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Social
Performance (HSSE&SP) functions of the company, and
aims to support one of the mission statements of the
PSPC which includes “promoting social investments and
advocacies that contribute to national development.”
