PHYSICAL FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT
Overview
An effective school facility is responsive to the changing programs if
educational delivery, and at a minimum should provide a physical
environment that is comfortable, safe, secure, accessible, well
illuminated, well ventilated, and aesthetically pleasing. The school facility
consists of not only the physical structure and the variety of building
systems, such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical and power, security
and fire suppression systems.
Problem Statement:
Facilities that needs repair
ROOT CAUSE (s)
1. Yearly, there are broken windows, door, door locks,
faucet, lighting, etc.
2. There are instances that pupils got hurt due to
broken/ unsafe facility.
3. Walls and school buildings looks untidy if unpainted
yearly.
4. School enhances pupils interest in going to school
every day if their classrooms are well painted.

 Condemnable building (i.e very old structure, collapsing building and /or prominent cracks on classroom walls
