    What is Fashion?
    It’s not easy to answer this question because it means
    different things to different people. Fashion is an art,a job,a peak
    into personality,an escape or disguise,but ultimately,fashion is the
    total outlook of an individual of today and only today.

    Fashion is not all about expressing your identity,but it also


    showing someone who you are through your fashion choices.Also
    it’s important because it can open our minds and change the
    beauty standards of our society.
    French fashion designer COCO(Gabrielle) chanel once said “Fashion is
    not something that exist in dresses only, fashion is in the sky,in the street
    fashion has to do with ideas the way live what is happening..”

    Style is something that is unique to
    everyone refers to a unique form of clothing or
    way of arranging your appearance. Your style is
    something a lot more permanent. Style is
    expressing yourself through what you wear
    something which is unique to everyone. It’s a
    unique form of clothing or way of arranging your
    appearance. It’s your identity and a form of
    self-expression, so it’s very important to
    maintain that sense of self.

    big advantage for a merchandiser to remain up-to-date on
    fashion trends as it helps him/her to influence customer and
    create more business opportunities.The choices is independent
    in the mind of consumers for buying clothes changes

    society.

    A fashion trend occurs when others mimic or emulate this


    clothing style.Today a fashion trend starts with fashion
    designers,who design a spring and fall collection based on
    cues and inspiration they’ve gathered throughout the season.

    There are 3 main aspects of fashion.Feminine,Masculine &
    Androgynous.Feminine is womens fashion,masculine is men’s fashion
    & androgynous is partly men & partly women.Women’s fashion has
    many aspects like style,comfort and functionality etc.Style is
    what every girl in the world cares about.Rules for men to follow
    in order to look good is to “know your why”.Men should understand
    their clothing fit.Androgynous is a combination between feminine
    and masculine characteristics.Elvis Presley was the one who
    introduced this kind of fashion.

    Every garments is uniquely designed keeping the wearer in


    mind.But there are few fundamentals that set specific
    directions when it comes to designing.The principle of
    fashion include Unity,Balance,Proportion,Emphasis and Rhythm.
