    The association used:
    The association we are using is WWF(World Wild Fund).

    Global context:

    Fairness and development.

    Where we find the elephants.

    We find most of the Pygmy elephants


    in wildlife in Malaysia. Out of about
    1500 of them there are 95% of them in
    Malaysia in the state of Sabah.

    Facts on the Borneo's Pygmy Elephants.

    The Borneo Pygmy Elephant


    Population: less than 1500.

    There Size : 2.5 metres (they are smaller than Asian elephants).

    Habitat: Southern & Eastern parts of Sabah and Northern tip of Kalimantan,
    Indonesia and Malaysia

    Living time: 60 years in their natural habitat and 80 years in captivity.

    Main problems we create for them: destroying habitat, poaching (for their
    ivory)and then selling it.

    1. Elephants dying.

    2. Money profit on ivory business.

    3. Abuses on animals.

    Solutions
    What we could do in our personal time would be to get to spread the word about the animals
    endangered this would help people to get the understanding of what is happening.

    Solutions
    2. Community contribution:

    We can as a school take a day to try to get money for the endangered animals. We can then
    donate all the the money won at an association like WWF.

    3. National contribution:

    All ministers in charge of the infraction of the laws on poaching should organise a meeting to
    publicly announce the infractions for awareness of the population. The answer to this question is
    that they are busy, that is why it is the population that must act

    4. World-wide contribution:

    There are other problems world-wide that is why world-citizens must be the first ones to act.

    Ivory business

    Ivory business is a big problem in our world today it's


    impacting a lot of elephants which die because of this
    business. It is illegal to kill elephants for their ivory. There
    is a lot of ivory traffic as it is easy money won.

    Endangered species

    ● Endangered species, rare plants or animals.


    ● Hard to find in natural habitat.
    ● We mostly try conserving them in zoos for their security.
    ● They are killed for money (a pitty).
    ● Lots of traffics which are illegal in a lots of countries
    ● A massive problem with the humans killing them having the consciousness
    about it and not caring.

    What are the objectives of
    our project:

    Our project is to create awareness on how species are endangered because of


    us, humans.

    ● Awareness.
    ● Create possible solutions.
    ● Help this animals by getting money via a bake sale and give it to WWF.

    Possible solutions resolve that problem or at least to repair it a little bit.

    Information for the bake sale.
    The bake sale is going to take place at the 46 at 15:30 pm.

    At the bake sale there is going to be some:

    -home made crêpes.

    -popcorn.

    -drinks.

    -candy.
