What is computer graphics in brief
Computer graphics applications Explaination of interactive graphics in brief Advantages of interactive graphics What is Computer Graphics? Computer graphic is an art of drawing pictures on computer screen with the help of programming. The computer graphic is one of the most effective and commonly used way to communicate the processed information to the user. Computer graphics in general is basically 'pixel art' generated using some form of programming. We can say that computer graphics makes its possible to express data in pictorical form and displays the information in the form of graphical objects such as pictures ,charts ,graphs and diagrams instead of simple text. They may be 2-D or 3-D.It can be a single image or series of images. Examples of graphics are: Photograph, drawings, map, line arts, graphs, etc. Applications of computer graphics:- Presentation Graphics: For the preparation of reports or summarising the financial, statistical, moreover creation of bar graphs, pie charts, time chart, can be done using the tools present in computer graphics. Education: Computer generated models are extremely useful for teaching, using computer graphics many educational models can be created through which more interest can be generated among the students regarding the subject. Graphical User Interface: The use of pictures, images, icons, pop-up menus, graphical objects helps in creating a user friendly environment where working is easy and pleasant, using computer graphics we can create such an atmosphere where everything can be automated and anyone can get the desired action performed in an easy fashion . Explain interactive computer graphics In interactive Computer Graphics, users can make some changes to the produced image. In simple, users have some kind of control over the picture. Interactive Computer Graphics require two-way communication between the computer and the user. A User can see the produced image and make a change by sending his command by using the input device. Interactive computer graphics affects our lives in a number of indirect ways. For example, it helps to train the pilots of our airplanes. We can create a flight simulator which may help the pilots to get trained not in a real aircraft but on the grounds at the control of the flight simulator. Interactive graphics advantages:- Higher Quality resolution - more clear quality will be there. More precise results - more accurate will be the results, to the point. Greater Productivity - completing services at a more rapid rate than before. Lower analysis and design cost. Significantly enhances our ability to understand data.
