    Characteristic of an ideal friend

    Friends are part and parcel of our life. They are the ones who
    cheer us up, have fun with and share top secrets. There are certain
    secrets that can only be shared with friends, and therefore a good
    friend is a valuable thing in life. Nonetheless, it is extremely crucial to
    choose the right friends who are true to us, as we are greatly
    influenced by them. 【 Thus, what are the characteristics or qualities
    of an ideal friend?// So, how do we recognize a true friend? Below are
    the positive qualities an ideal friend should possess 拥有 . 】

    First and foremost, caring is a vital quality of an ideal friend. This


    is because those who are equipped with this characteristic would be
    able to understand your problems and what you are going through.
    They are always there to stand up for you /support you and extend
    their moral support. They will never hesitate to sacrifice their own
    happiness and comfort for our sake. As is rightly said, “ A friend in
    need is a friend indeed”.

    Furthermore ,an ideal friend ought to be a good listener. In


    other words, he or she is ready to lend an ear to our grumbles 抱怨
    about our daily life. As a result, a lot of problems can be solved
    because he or she will give us their opinions and ideas. As the saying
    goes, a problem shared is a problem halved.

    Also, honest and truthful is another characteristic of an ideal


    friend. This is because they will convey their sincerest opinion
    towards us. For example, they can tell us off straightaway if we do
    wrong, with loving and kind. This would allow us to see the reality of
    the situation instead of blinding you to it.
    Last but not least, loyalty is unquestionably one of the
    important qualities of an ideal friend. This is due to the fact that they
    would never betray ,lie or deceive 欺诈 you. For example, they will
    not spill our secrets to others or gossip about us.  No matter what
    happens in life, they will be by your side helping you through the
    challenges/ always stick with you through thick and thin.

    In conclusion, there are many points to be taken into


    considerations when choosing an ideal friend. Friendship is a
    beautiful bond, but always be cautious to differentiate between good
    friends and poor friends. Friends not only influence our decisions, but
    can also change our perceptions and turn us into a different person!
