understand and nurture sales prospects.

questions, responding to comments and by sharing content throughout
the buying process- from awareness to consideration, until a prospect is
ready to buy.

- The demographic characteristics of sales force is changing and become
more varied.
- For example more and more women are taking up careers in sales
management and selling.
