 Sub-Distributor: In this Sub distributor is made by distributor and
authorized by the company itself. Basically, it is in rural areas which is
covering across 8-10 kms in rural areas.

 Parts and Distribution Network : It is done within Internal and external.


In Internal there are Dealers and sub-dealers and externally it is done in
Market.

 After sales: It is basically the Major Factor on which the sustain thing
depend. If the service is not good, then it will not sustain and if the after
sales service is good then it will sustain.
 Maintenance: Service cost should be low with the good quality product. In Entry
level they are having HF Deluxe Which is the most sold product in their
Showroom.

 Transparency: There is transparency from company to its end customers including


distributors and Sub distributors. For example in this we can say if there is a offer
then it is clearly advertised in newspaper and other social media Handles so that no
one can face a misinformation to the customers or to distributors.

 Head office: They will give a call from Head office and they will ask set of
questions from their side. In which they will ask how much you paid and what were
the scheme told to you by the Employee in the Showroom.

 SPARE PARTS DISTRIBUTION : It is done within Internal and external. In
Internal there are Dealers and sub-dealers and externally it is done in Market.

 AFTER SALES SERVICE : HMSI has Over 6000 service centres in India
whereas TVS has only 2175 Service centres in INDIA

 DEALER NETWORK : 2367 Honda Bike Dealership in India are there of HMSI
but TVS has only 2041 TVS bike dealers

 ENTRY LEVEL BIKE : Honda Motorcycle & Scooters India has more number
of entry level bikes available in India in comparison to TVS
