    Introduction
    In this assignment I will be talking about how to build a network called “Firstmusic”. Also
    i will be going over the main purpose of the first music company, user requirements etc
    and even expanding my knowledge to see if i can add or make any changes to better the
    company.
    Purpose of the network
    ● Selling old and new music
    ● Allowing customers to be able to go online and search for and also download music
    ● Staff member should learn how to download music if the customer is confused
    ● customers must be able to download music
    ● the staff must be able to search for music
    ● the manager has asked for centralised printing
    ● one member of staff will set up users, and monitor and maintain the store’s computers and
    network
    ● the network must be cost effective
    ● the store needs to have a suite of application software tools to effectively download music
    and facilitate management of the music and the music shop
    ● The network must be secure.

    ● 3 network user (1 of the computer should be a network admin)

    User Requirements Explanations
    3 high specification computer - one computer used for sales and stock control, on
    computer used for downloading music and for use in classes for people learning how to
    use MP3 players, and one computer to be set up in the manager’s office.
    Operating system application software - either google, gmail or MacOS, iCloud would be
    useful

    An operating system is the most important software that runs on a computer. It manages the computer's memory and
    processes, as well as all of its software and hardware.

    Electronic mail is a method of exchanging messages between people using electronic devices.

    A Microsoft Office Package/Google Drive is a software plugin that allows you to attach Google Drive files to
    messages, calendar appointments and other Outlook items without the need to leave the Outlook interface.
    Firewall
    a firewall is a network security system that monitors and controls incoming and outgoing network traffic based on
    predetermined security rules.
    Antivirus Software
    Antivirus software, also known as anti-malware, is a computer program used to prevent, detect, and remove
