    Motorades is a petrol retail outlet guided by the standards of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, which
    deals in storage and distribution of petroleum products as per guidelines.
    This pump is situated at a very known and busy road near karol bagh, new delhi which helps the
    company grow their sales.
    There are around 52 workers working in 3 different shifts as it opens 24hrs daily.
    It also has a service station and workshop for servicing or repairing any registered vehicle, which
    attracts more customers.

    •Strength- Motorades is centrally located along one of the busiest road in new delhi, our location
    is in fact one of our major strength. Aside from the basic services that we offer, we also offer
    complimentary services that most of our competitors are not offering
    •Weakness- Our perceived weakness could be the fact it is being run by the owner who is new to
    this industry. It will take time to grow the business.
    •Opportunities- we are centrally located in one of the busiest road in new delhi near Karol bagh
    and we are open to all the available opportunities that the city has to offer. Delhi is one of the
    densely populated city in India, and indeed populations translate to opportunities.
    •Threat- One of the major threats that confront businesses all over the world is economic
    downturn; this covid-19 pandemic affected the whole world, now consumers are spending less
    than before which in turn impacts business negatively. Another threat to us is another petrol
    pump which is just next to ours.

    •I had the opportunity to work in Motorades for 1 month as
    a intern. I have come across with many tasks.

    as after graduation I will be managing my own petrol retail
    outlet.

    platform to learn and improvise my sales strategies and
    theoretical skills practically.
