    WEB PROJECT

    PROPOSAL
    Emmanuel López Hernández
    MAIN POURPOSE
    Create a web application that guarantees quick and effective communication
    between the user and the university's management staff, throughout this web
    application. The main objective of this project, it's to reduce greatly the people
    gathered at one place (due to this virus has been spreading drastically). It
    wouldn't be that necessary to attend the university to ask for information about
    careers or other stuff. The student is going to be able to arrange a meeting
    (external application developed by our team) with one administrative team
    through a live chat functionality. The web application would be developed with
    the latest technologies that currently are being used, for instance: Laravel,

    GOSTUDIO
    HTML, CSS, SASS, MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, React, TypeScript, Node.js, etc.

    Background and
    substantiation
    Currently, it's being held a communication between the users and administrative staff,
    nevertheless, there are just a couple of downsides and drawbacks that make this process
    quite a bit difficult. This communication could be held through their official webpage
    (you'll find an inquiry form, phone numbers provided, and some email addresses in the
    contact section). However, you might have a response to the following day if you're
    fortunate, could be two days or three, or in the worst cases, you'll never get a response
    back. This is largely due to the overload of emails received, that the person who is
    responsible for, would end up skip several emails for sure.
    Adding the fact that originally the website wasn't designed and centralized in a broader
    communication. All the processes used to be done by going personally to the institution.

    General description

    Among the implementations that we are intending to develop, the following stand out: An appointment
    system that allows the users to schedule a visit to the university, filling this form the user must give
    some personal information (phone number, name, and whether it's student or guest) and the reason
    why the user should If they go to the university, they will receive confirmation of their appointment by
    email or WhatsApp, depending on the means of communication that have been provided. In addition,
    we may about to propose a functionality that gives the possibility of having a form that allows you to
    send specific documents (registration procedures). It might have a Blog section about main school
    events. On the other hand, a page could be included which will contain all the existing careers and
    there will be a detailed description of each of these educational areas, the university may upload
    leaflets, flyers, etc.
    What we expect from this web project
    To finish this project, we have postulated several goals that in the following points we’ll be
    presenting detail. By the end of this partial, we might have concluded these goals.
