    • Opening Gap up or Gap Down
    • Then Huge movement only in 1 – 3 candles.
    • There after market went sideways
    • Our strategy says on 15 mins candles.
    • We missed movement of 785 points and actually lost few points.

    STRATEGY
    – The Solution

    An aim to Convert Negative to Positive


    SIMPLE STRATEGY
    REQUIREMENT

    Timeframe – 3 minutes
    Indicators – RSI (14) & BOLLINGER BAND
    Pivot Points – for reference / Targets
    STRATEGY SIMPLE RULES
    Take current market price Everytime.
    Change Charts as per the Price Move
    Take OTM – Weekly Expiries
    For eg:
    If CMP(BN FUTURE) – 25137
    Take 25300 CE or 25000 PE
    (Lower is better..)
    Try to take whose entry price will be around 100.
    TRADING
    ENTRY

    - When RSI crosses 60 (Different Strike Prices RSI may cross different)
    - Simultaneously Candle should also CLOSE above Bollinger Band.
    - If BB has squeezed and is flat before breakout, it would be best.
    - The candle closing above BB & simultaneously RSI crossing 60 will be our
    alert bar.
    - Buy above HIGH of ALERT BAR.
    STOPLOSS

    • PLEASE NOTE - NOT THE LOW OF ALERT BAR..

    • Take the Lowest candle’s Low at bottom of Bollinger Band or Day Low

    • If trading at first candle, then Day Low or ALERT BAR low will be SL.
    EXIT
    1. If there is Sudden Jump IN 5-10 Mins and Candle is too much out of
    Top BB, Exit with 40-50 points.

    2. Inverted Hammer formed at Top of Bollinger Band. Exit on break of


    low of Inverted Hammer.

    3. If Double Top formed on Top of Bollinger Band, then exit when low
    of Double Top is broken.
    BACK TESTING & EXAMPLES
    REQUEST
    • Atleast watch for a week.
    • I may not able to guide, as timeframe is low.
    • Hence please get used to it, Do paper trade.
    • Keep money management strict Rules.
    • Buy Multiple Lots, Keep Booking profit on every 2 lots.
    • (Here I mean Reverse of Pyramiding.)
    • If 15mins Candle Alert Bar Formed, Enter as per 15mins strategy and can exit
    with 3 mins timeframe strategy exit also.
    • We have not experienced any rally yet, but once it is there, we also trade as
    per 15 mins and do pyramiding also.
