What is an Aptitude Test ?
 A test designed to determine
a person ability in a particular skill
or field of knowledge
 The test measured ability
to learn new tasks
Example:
A test assessing an individual's aptitude to become a fighter pilot.
A career test evaluating a person's capability to work as an air
traffic controller.
In Other Words:
 Aptitude tests are designed to predict
future performance in some activity.

Disadvantages of an Aptitude Test

 It is quite costly to make an

 Candidates don’t answer question
truthfully, due to this sometimes
wrong candidates are chosen

intelligence but not about
