    INTRODUCTION TO THE ORGANIZATION
    RBS was established on 2022 B.S under the supervision
    of government.
    RBS is the only insurance company in Nepal which
    provides both life and non-life insurance facilities.
    It has three branches and seven contact offices. And its
    head office is located at Ramshah Path.
    Mission
    To create a professional, healthy and develop insurance
    facilities in Nepal.
    Make proper investment on productive sectors
    Becoming consistent, reliable and dependent in the name
    of insurance.
    PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
    RBS provides both life and non-life benefits.Some of its
    popular products are:
    Whole Life policy
    Endowment Life policy
    Children Marriage and Education endowment plan
    Jeevan Sathi Beema
    Term Life Policy
    INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
    Internship Activities:
    I was assigned in internal audit department(IAD).
    My major roles and responsibilities were:
    Filing and record keeping
    Statement typing
    Account posting
    While working in RBS, there were some difficulties like:
    Lack of modern technologies.
    Congested working environment.
    Lack of proper canteen facilities.
    Internship Achievements:
     Time management
     Area of network
     Using software
     Improvement of communication skills
    CONCLUSION
    Provides opportunities to cope up with the leading
    competitive organizational world.
    Develop different skills.
    This helps students to analyze theoretical knowledge
    into practical knowledge.
     It was a challenging as well as wonderful experience.
    Many lessons were learnt for life due to this internship
    programe.
    RECOMMENDATION TO COLLEGE
    College should provide proper orientation classes before
    sending students to perform in organizations.
    College should inform students about importance of
    internship and its affects on student's career.
    College should consult the organizations and ask the
    internee performances.
    College should maintain good relation with different
    organizations and students.
