    ◦ Good nutrition means good health and good health is man’s greatest wealth.
    ◦ Our highly - distinguished guest, deeply- honored Schools Division Superintendent, Nelson C.
    Lopez, CESO V; School Governance and Operations Division Chief, Doctor Mario C
    Mondejar; Medical Officer III, Doctor Christine B Pacatang; Division Nurse, Mam Jenny
    Rose Solitana; our district nurse (Mam Rechel A Geralde); greatly- respected Public Schools
    District Supervisor , School Heads, teachers, parents and visitors, ladies and gentlemen,
    Goodmorning!
    ◦ Welcome to the School Based Feeding Program: Milk & Nutritious Food Products
    Component- KICK OFF Ceremony here at Astorga Central Elementary School .
    ◦ I am Cherry Mae David Jakosalem your emcee this morning.
    ◦ To start unraveling today’s ceremony, let us all rise for the OPENING PRAYER through video
    presentation and remain standing for the singing of the NATIONAL ANTHEM to be
    conducted by Mam Maryjane Castillote, Teacher 3 of Astorga Central Elementary School.
    - You may all be seated.
    ◦ Today is not just a commencement. It is also a celebration to show that we value life through
    good nutrition amidst of this pandemic. As a salute to the celebration of life, let us all lend our
    ears for the WELCOME REMARKS of our health- loving Public Schools District Supervisor,
    Sir Abdulpatta U. Kamdon. A round of applause please.
    -Thank you so much Sir for the heartwarming words of welcome.
    ◦ At this point in time , I would like to invite Mam Jenny Rose Solitana, Division Registered Nurse, to
    talk to us the VALUES FOCUSED in this activity.
    -Thank you so much mam.

    ◦ To ACKNOWLEDGED OUR PARTICIPANTS, may I call on our young and beautiful Sta. Cruz North
    District Nurse , Mam Reychell A. Geralde.
    -Thank you so much mam for showing your enthusiasm in presenting our participants.

    ◦ Today’s activity is memorable not only because we emphasize the importance of health but
    also because we feel the warmth of the all- out support of our Schools Division Supervisor. To
    share his wisdom to us, please join me in welcoming, SIR NELSON C. LOPEZ, CESO V, a
    hand please.
    - Thank you so much Sir for the very helpful and useful pieces of information that you shared to us!
    We will always commit them to memory. We are indeed blessed to have you as our strongest pillar in the
    district.
    ◦ At this juncture, to give us INPUTS ON PROPER NUTRITION TO CHILDREN, let us hear
    Doctor Christine B. Pacatang, Medical Officer III of Division of Davao del Sur.
    -Thank you so much mam for the information that you imparted to us.

    ◦ To CHALLENGE us with his forceful and influential words, let us put our hands together for our
    School Governance and Operations Division Chief, Dr. Mario C. Mondejar.
    -Thank you so much sir for that persuading and convincing message. That was very significant
    to all of us, indeed!
    ◦ It is a celebration of good health and good life. Let us all watch the VIDEO CLIPS of Astorga
    Central Elementary School, School Based Feeding Program, Demonstration on the Distribution
    of Milk & Nutritious Food Products to Parents.
    -Thank you ACES, School Based Feeding Coordinator Mam Kristine Joy Sanchez together
    with our cooperative parents for showing us that this program make a difference to the lives of
    our learners. Indeed, these program is intended to help improve their nutritional status and school
    performance.

    ◦ Again let us lend our ears for the CLOSING REMARKS of our active and ever-supportive
    School Head, Sir Neil M. ENRIQUEZ, Principal III of Astorga Central Elementary School.

    ◦ As a saying goes, “to every beginning, there is an ending”. May I request everyone to please
    rise for our closing prayer through a video presentation.
