Meat dish- is a prepared item of food that consists either wholly or partly of meat. Meat dishes
are considered distinct from dishes which are seafood, fish, insect or other animal based.
Dairy and egg dishes, though based on animal products, are also considered separate
from meat dishes.
Chicken Buffalo
INGREDIENTS:
- 6g Salt - 15g White onion (minced)
- 3g Pepper - 1cup ketchup
- 6g Sesame seeds - 325mL All purpose cream
- 3g Spanish Paprika- 20mL Hot sauce
- 6g Spring onion - 150g Flour
- 20g Butter - 2pcs Eggs
- 200g Chicken wings
PROCEDURE:
1. Perform mise en place.
2. Cut the chicken wings. Marinate using salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix well then set aside.
3. Add the eggs on the marinated chicken.
4. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, paprika and pepper using a
whisk.
5. Coat the chicken using the flour mixture.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. Sauté the onion using the butter.
8. Pour the ketchup, hot sauce, and the all purpose cream. Mix well.
9. Coat the fried chicken using the ketchup mixture.
10. Plate and garnish.
11. Serve and enjoy!
