Meat dish- is a prepared item of food that consists either wholly or partly of meat. Meat dishes
are considered distinct from dishes which are seafood, fish, insect or other animal based.
Dairy and egg dishes, though based on animal products, are also considered separate
from meat dishes.
Chicken Buffalo
INGREDIENTS:
- 6g Salt - 15g White onion (minced)
- 3g Pepper - 1cup ketchup
- 6g Sesame seeds - 325mL All purpose cream
- 3g Spanish Paprika- 20mL Hot sauce
- 6g Spring onion - 150g Flour
- 20g Butter - 2pcs Eggs
- 200g Chicken wings
PROCEDURE:
1. Perform mise en place.
2. Cut the chicken wings. Marinate using salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mix well then set aside.
3. Add the eggs on the marinated chicken.
4. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, paprika and pepper using a
whisk.
5. Coat the chicken using the flour mixture.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. Sauté the onion using the butter.
8. Pour the ketchup, hot sauce, and the all purpose cream. Mix well.
9. Coat the fried chicken using the ketchup mixture.
10. Plate and garnish.
11. Serve and enjoy!
A sandwich is an item of food consisting of two pieces of
bread with meat, cheese, or other filling between them,
eaten as a light meal.
Ham and Cheese Sandwich
INGREDIENTS:

- Pinch of salt and pepper


- 10mL Oil
- 2pcs Ham
- 4 slices of bread
- 6 slices of cheese
PROCEDURE:
1. Perform mise en place.
2. Fry the ham using the oil.
3. Beat the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Assemble the sandwich ( use the bread as base and
fill with ham and egg).
5. Coat using the egg.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. Plate and serve!
Desserts – a usually sweet course or dish usually taken at the
end of the meal.

INGREDIENTS:
- 250mL All purpose cream
- 390mL Condensed milk
- 3tbsp Black coffee
- 1000mL Water
- 2pcks Unflavored gelatin
PROCEDURES:

1. Perform mise en place.


2. Let the condensed milk and all purpose cream chill for 30
mins.
3. In a low heat pan pour the water and add the gelatin.
Constantly mix.
4. Add the black coffee and let it simmer.
5. Let the mixture set in a utility tray.
6. After thirty minutes mix together the condensed milk and
all purpose flour. Mix until foamy.
7. once the gelatin sets, cut the gelatin cubes.
8. Plate and add some garnish.
9. Serve and enjoy!
A vegetable dish is a type of food with vegetables in majority.
Vegetable dishes can be so appetizing , tasty, easy and simple to cook.
Buttered Spinach
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g Spinach - 15mL oyster sauce
- 100g Butter - 10mL soy sauce
- 20g onion - 1g salt
- 20g garlic - 1g pepper
- 1tbsp sugar - 100 ground pork
PROCEDURE:

1.Perform mise en place.


2.Saute the garlic, onion and ground pork using the
butter. Once golden brown, add the spinach.
3.Pour in the oyster sauce and soy sauce.
4.Season with pepper, salt and sugar.
5.Make it simmer for 4-7 minutes.
6.Serve and enjoy!
Eggs dishes are products produced from poultry that is used as both an
ingredient and a main dish for baked goods or others. Eggs can be cooked by
boiling, poaching, frying, microwaving and etc.
Poached Egg
INGREDIENTS:
- 1pc Egg
- 500mL Water
- 15mL Vinegar
- Pinch of pepper and fried garlic
- 1pc Tomato
PROCEDURE:
1. In a small pan boil the water.
2. Once the water starts boiling pour the vinegar.
Then reduce to lowest heat.
3. Pour the egg.
4. Let it simmer for 3-5 mins.
5. Using a sieve remove the egg.
6. Make a flower by peeling the tomato.
7. Plate and garnish.
8. Serve and enjoy!
