– FB - Heals at 4 yards from the front tip of the football. Directly behind the QB
– HB alignments
• Dive back Alignment - Thatch the outside foot of the tackle. With
heals 4 yards from the front tip of the ball.
• Wing back Alignment - 3 and 1/2 yards width from the outside foot
of the tackle, and 2 yards deep from the front tip of the ball.

Motion in the Wing “T”

• Three step motion - HB leaves as late as he can

• Twirl motion - Three step motion. Plant and
return in the direction of your original motion.
• Rip - Left HB flat motion right.
• Liz - Right HB flat motion left.
Formation Jumps and Tags
• Jumps - Move and reset before the snap.
– Trade - TE over.
– Slide - TE/SE and SE/TE
– Jump - WR to Orange Left

• Tags - Tags are added to formations to slightly change


structure of the formation.
– Tight - two tight ends.
– Flex - SE aligns at 5 yards.
– I - HB in I at 7 yards.
