      KATTUKONG
    - Is a n indigenous hat of the
    Filipinos particular of the Ilokanos
    made from gourd. The vagtable is
    called tabungaw  (Ilokano) or upo
    (tagalog) with scientifid name
    Lageneria Siceraria.

       CHARCOAL
    IRON 
    - Is the substance created by the smelting
    of iron or with charcoal. All Iron making
    blast furnaces were fueled by charcoal
    until Abraham Darby introduced coke as a
    fuel in 1709.

         LAKASA
    - is a wooden chest commonly used
    by Christian settlers from Luzon.
    This is used to store valuable
    documents and clothing.

    TREADLE SEWING
    MACHINE
     
    - is one that is powered mechanically by a
    foot pedal that is pushed back and forth by
    the operator's foot. Today, these antique
    found in auction houses, at antique  dealers,
    even in junk stores and garage.

    PRESSURIZED
    PRAFFIN LAMP
    - a pressure lamp is a liquid fuel lamp
    featuring a pouch shaped incandescent fabric
    mantle that provides an intense light when
    heated.

      LOOM
    - is a device used to weave cloth and
    tapestry. The basic purpose of any loom is
    to hold the warp threads under tension to
    facilitate the interweaving of the weft
    threads
