The COVID-19 pandemic has led to dramatic loss of human
lives, businesses and jobs; during these challenging times, people were physically separated from their support group due to social isolation. Thus, good mental health is difficult to maintain. To address this issue, your local health center, together with the local government unit, will have a community meeting which will present different proposals from community leaders. Your goal, as a Barangay chairman, Health worker, or Psychologist, is to convince the committee to support your proposal (essay or speech) in resolving the presented issue. Your argumentative speech will be assessed based on the following criteria: relevance, depth of argument, coherence, and delivery.
