DotSoft is the first integrated telecom software application in BSNL comprising of commercial, billing, accounting, fault repair service and directory enquiry services. It has been conceptualised, designed and developed entirely by the core group of the Software Development Centre of the O/o CGMT, Andhra Pradesh Telecommunications Circle, Hyderabad. First it was tested and implemented in Guntur SSA in 1997. It has been successfully implemented in 171 SSAs across the country.
