Gender : Female
Occupation : Housewife
Address : Tambaram
Religion : Hindu
Marital Status : Married
Date of Admission : 29/04/2022

• Chief Complaint:
Patient c/o Pain in the Anal region, difficulty in passing motion and
Blood in stool since 3 days

• Associated Complaint:
Patient a/c/o burning sensation in the Anal region since 3 days
• History of Present Illness:
Patient 28/Female, was apparently well before 3 days, she suddenly
developed Cutting type of pain in the Anal region along with difficulty in passing
motion and Blood in stool. She also complaints of Burning sensation in the Anal
region since then. She has now come for Medical intervention.

• History of Past Illness:


No known history of relevant Past illness and Surgery

• Family History:
No known Genetic disorders running in family. No Consanguinity
• Personal History:
Ahaara : Mixed Diet
Agni : Vishamagni
Koshta : Kroora
Mala : Baddha, 1 time/day
Mootra : Prakruta; 3-4 times / day, 1 times/night
Nidra : Prakruta, 7-8 hours/day
Habits : Tea, 2 times/day
Nature of Work : Hard Manual
Procedure for Anal Dilatation:

• Patient is made to lie down in Lithotomy position.

• The Anal region is wiped of with Povidone – Iodine Solution.

• Lignocaine Jelly is taken and applied over the anal opening.

• Then Index finger is slowly introduced into the anal opening and dilated.

• Slowly Index and middle finger is introduced and dilated by pushing from
inwards to outwards

• Anal pack made with Gauze and Lignocaine jelly is introduced and kept.
