Documentation :
Documentation is Mandatory as per Telecom law in full Myanmar irrespective of the service .
The following will need to be filled :
FTTH Service Order Form :
ID Proof -This must be submitted with all forms .
ID/NRC Copy .
Company Registration / License Copy ( SME / Business Only )
NRC/ License No :
Copy of the Terms and Conditions to be signed by the Customer ( to be implemented from 10th Sept )
Termination Charges :
The following is the termination charges for Customers :
Using Less than equal to 6 Months : 50000 MMK
Using more than 6 Months : No Charges
Re location Charges :
The following is the re location charges for Customers :
In Case the customer wants to relocate and there is no coverage we will treat this as termination charge process to avoid any misuse .
Suspension Charges :
The following is the suspension charges for Customers :
50% of monthly service fee .
This service is only for those customer with min 90 days using service .
SIM will be provided during the installation time for new customer.
2. What will the step for the activation and subscription of the SIM?
a. Customer will receive SIM during the installation time.
သုံ းစွဲသူ သည် တပ်ဆင်သည့် အချိန်တွင်ဆင်းမ်ကတ်ကို ရရှိနို င်ပါသည်။
b. Customer need to make the first call.
သုံ းစွဲသူ သည် ပထမဆုံ းဖု န်းခေါ်ရန် လို အပ်ပါ သည်။
c. Once the customer make the first call, add-on benefit will automatically subscribe to that SIM.
သုံ းစွဲသူ သည် ပထမအကြိမ်ဖု န်းခေါ်သည်နှ င့်တပြိုင်နက် ဆင်းကတ် တစ်ခု နှ င့်အတူ မို ဘို င်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အလို အလျောက်ရယူ မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
3. How can existing customer subscribe to new plans?
အစီအစဉ်အသစ်ရယူ ရန် FTTH အကောင့် ID ကို ဖြည့်၍ Call Center ကို ခေါ်ပါ။
4. How long does it take for existing customer to get the add-on benefit?
Three~ Five working days after customer submit the request to call centre (216).
သုံ းစွဲသူ သည် Call centre (216) တွင်တောင်းခံ မှုကို တင်သွင်းပြီးနောက် သုံ းရက်မှ ငါးရက် အတွင်း ရရှိနို င်ပါသည်။
5. What will be the impact on the mobile benefit if the customer do not pay for the FTTH monthly bill?
If the customer is not paying for the monthly FTTH bill, FTTH service will be barred and mobile add-on will also be barred.
အကယ်၍ သုံ းစွဲသူ သည် သည်လစဉ် FTTH ငွေတောင်းခံ မှုကို မပေးဆောင် ပါက FTTH ၀န်ဆောင်မှုကို ပိတ်ပင် ၍ မို ဘို င်းထပ်ဆောင်းကို လည်း ဆက်လက်မရရှိနို င်ပါ။
a. For 25 Mbps plan – Customer need to pay six months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 40,000 MMK @ 25 Mbps.
b. For 40Mbps Plan, Customer need to pay six months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 50,000 MMK @ 40 Mbps.
c. For 50Mbps Plan, Customer need to pay six months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 75,000 MMK @ 50 Mbps.
d. For 100Mbps Plan, Customer need to pay six months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 120,000 MMK @ 100 Mbps.
7 .What will be the price after twelve months advance payment over?
e. For 25 Mbps plan – Customer need to pay twelve months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 40,000 MMK @ 25
Mbps.
f. For 40Mbps Plan, Customer need to pay twelve months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 50,000 MMK @ 40 Mbps.
g. For 50 Mbps plan – Customer need to pay twelve months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 75,000 MMK @ 50
Mbps.
h. For 100 Mbps plan – Customer need to pay twelve months advance again. If not, they will be moved to one month plans which is 120,000 MMK @ 100
Mbps.
