    vegetables market commenced in 1944 at Sidhipura, Delhi. Debi Prasad Agarwal has started the business. 1958, Jagdish Prasad took over the position of managing director who saw a great opportunity of demand for storage facility of fruits and vegetables. Jagdish Prasad has started ALL INDIA COLD STORAGE ASSOCIATION. In 1960, competitor started to set up a cold storage facilities which increase the competition. 1977, Sanjay Agarwal joined the business and expanded the business with new technologies in 1998.

Introduce 24 hour, 24/7 cold storage service to cater to traders who could not keep products waited. A small quantity of 150 MT per month is stored at NSM, Azadpur. Targeting Vendors for increasing sales as 90% of fruits are sold through unorganized retail outlets.
