    Report on incident in APDJ Division on 11/06/2021

    Division - APDJ
    Major Section – SXX-SMTA
    Minor Section – SXX-FLK
    Incidence – Unknown Person climbed on rooftop of Loco.30323 (SDAH) of
    T/No.03148(Uttarbanga Express)
    Time Log:-
    •15:52 Hrs:- FCB 107 Tripped and auto reclosed and hold.
    •16:02 Hrs:- Information received from Section Controller that Unknown
    Person climbed on rooftop of Loco.30323 of T/No. 03148.
    •16:03 Hrs: - OHE shut down between FLK/SSP-SXX/SP by operating BM-20 of
    FLK/SSP.
    •16:04 Hrs: - information convey to DQG/SSE/TRD/IC & Sr.DEE/TRD/APDJ.
    •16:30 Hrs: - Ambulance, Fire brigade & RPF arrived at FLK Station.
    •16:30 Hrs: - Operation start to alight injured person.
    •16:40 Hrs: - Information received from SM/FLK that Person safely dropped
    by fire brigade staff & on duty RPF staff and sent to nearest
    Falakata hospital at 16:35 hrs. The person was found alive at
    Falakata Hospital and found under treatment by health staff.
    •16:45 Hrs: - OHE Charged between Section FLK/SSP-SXX/SP.
    •16:50 Hrs: - 03148-Uttar Banga Special (BXT-SDAH) left at FLK station.

    Cause of incidence:
    •Unknown Person climbed on rooftop of Loco.30323 of T/No. 03148.

    Repercussions:-
    •03148-Uttar Banga Special (BXT-SDAH), detained at FLK from 16:00 to
    16:50 hrs (50 min).
