In writing a word about an illustration or a character you
need to know about adjectives. These adjectives are the
words that describe a person, place, thing, an animal or
an event and an illustration. These adjectives are
sometimes called picture-making words. They give a
clear picture on what the persons, animals, and objects
alike. Take a look at the picture below then read the
sentences
Mice have long tails and
small faces.

Mice have big ears

LONG describes the tail of the mouse. It tells
what kind of tail the mouse has.
SMALL describes the face of the mouse. It tells
what kind of face the mouse has.
BIG describes the ears of the mouse. It tells the
size of their ears.
WHITE describes the teeth of the mouse. It tells
the color of their teeth.
