1. The candidate in the system has the upload feature to upload certificates.
2. The institution should identify the strengths that the applicant should have.

The system would specify the following information for each posted job:
1. Job position
2. Line manager level.
3. Academic certificates.
4. Professional certifications
5. Different job requirements.
6. Determine the kind of contract.
7. The system can read cv files of different structures.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SYSTEM:
1. The system must be able to read CV files (extract texts from PDF files accurately with
preserving the correctness and arrangement of the information).
2. The system must be able to do a semantic search of the extracted texts (not searching
for keywords).
3. The system should show a match if it finds what is being searched for from the
extracted texts.
4. The system should sort the applicants based on the highest matching the conditions to
the lowest.
5. The system should be able to identify the most important characteristics of the
applicant based on the analysis of the CV file and give an approximate picture of his
personality.
