TECHNIQUE

Whether you’re meditating or practicing yoga, your
breathing pattern plays an essential role in your
concentration and physical abilities.
INTRODUCTION

Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual


practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’
derived from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite,
symbolizing the union of body and consciousness

Abdominal breathing also called
diaphragmatic or belly breathing, this is the
most common breathing technique you’ll find
in basic yoga.

before meditation.
