• Shopemet Networks Pvt Ltd was built up in 2018 to offer an extensive assistance to
makers of Machnical Equipments, Machineries, Electronics Equipments and building
items in Indian markets just as outside India.

• From our offices based at Bangalore, we arrange deliveries of a wide range of quality raw
materials which we source from leading manufacturers worldwide. Our expertise in all
aspects of procuring and moving goods has resulted in us becoming a leading supplier to
manufacturing industries in our market territories.

• Shopemet Networks supplies just about any raw material which might be needed, and
we control the entire process of moving goods from factory to destination to ensure
minimum delays of your consignments. We are also able to consolidate mixed container
loads of smaller items at our warehouse, again ensuring safe and efficient carriage to
final destination.

1) Aucjunction Whitelabel.

2) Rawmet 24

3) AJ Bit Pro

Most Business Volumes come from Trading close to 80% and close to 20% Volumes comes from
rawmet 24. Aucjunction Whitelabel and AJ Bit Pro are yet to start. Any investments generally go
in the business of trading as we not only generate significant revenues from this verticals but also
we generate significant profit. 4

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES :

CCPS : CCPS term is used for compulsory convertible


preference share generally issued by start up to raise
capital. In CCPS generally fixed dividend is paid. CCPS
contains two elements one is fixed dividend and another is
equity share. Once converted to equity share after certain
period , fixed dividend will be stopped and holder of the
CCPS becomes partial owner of the company by converting
the CCPS into Equity Shares at predetermined fixed rate.

Our CCPS fixed dividend is 12%-15% per annum.


Converting option is applicable after 1-2 years.

Angel Investor : An angel investor is generally wealthy


individual who provides their own capital to start-ups.

SNPL is looking for Angel Investor if company is unabale


to get funds from other sources. When a company grow, it
requires lot of capital for expansion of the business and if
sources of capital are already full, company looks for
selling their shares to Angel Investors or VC

SNPL is looking for Angel Investor if company is unable


to get funds from other sources. When a company grow, it
requires lot of capital for expansion of the business and if
sources of capital are already full, company looks for
selling their shares to Angel Investors or VC.

VC: Venture Capitalist generally provides capital to


companies that are either in growth phase or maturing in
exchange for equity shares. After successful, if company
performs well VC can exit through either IPO, selling their
share to others or management (management buy out).

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES :

IPO : Initial Public Offering is another method of getting


cheaper capital from general public. Pvt companies sells
their ownership to general public through a process called
IPO. Here Pvt companies issue the share to general public
for the first time and after issuing, shares are traded on
stock exchanges like BSE, NSE etc.
SNPL will look to go for IPO subject to regulators
requirement. A growth trajectory will tell us how soon
SNPL can go IPO.

COMPANY’S GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

As per Media and other websites Reports, Metal industry is likely to grow close to
5% on a global basis.

Plastic Industry is also likely to grow close to 5% on a global basis.


Paper Industry is likely to grow by 6-8% rate.

Construction materials Industry is expected to grow by 8%-12%.

Our Trading business is growing since last three years and we making profit in this
verticals.

After Covid- 19 Our Revenue has increased and we are doing well in this vertical.

If this growth continued and our relations with some of the corporates like JSW
Steel,Exide, Hidustan Zinc, NALCO Aditya Birla Group etc, our business may grow
to significant size as result Investors may expect very good return on their
investments.

SNPL deals in almost all kinds of Raw materials therefore company is likely to
benefit from the growth of above mentioned Industry.
