• Time: Time clock, Timesheets, Time off, Scheduling (available features are determined

Does the app support Single-Sign On (SSO)?
Yes, if you use SSO for UKG Pro web, it works for the app too.
Can I brand the mobile app?

Not at this time.
What time products does the mobile app support?

The mobile app supports UKG Pro Time Management, UKG
Pro Time and Attendance, and UKG Pro Workforce
Management Classic, UKG Dimensions, and UKG Ready.
Does the mobile app support multiple component companies?

Yes, there is no need to change companies.
Does the mobile app respect the workflows created on the

web?
Yes, all workflows are respected.

• Banner (requires the mobile app)
Note: SMS is available as an optional billable add-on and must be

purchased in order to send SMS Workforce Continuity messages.

• Used for single events
• Assesses ability to work, assistance required,

Safety Check-In Form

• Used for ongoing situations (pandemic or natural-
disaster situations)
• Assesses symptoms, evacuations, and more
