Where is Alberta?
Hoodoos
A hoodoo means a column or a pillar of rock

These are caused when water erodes sandstone and are found all
throughout Alberta

FUN FACT: Alberta’s hoodoos were formed by the last Ice-age!

Red Rock Coulee -Is found along rivers usually is steep sided and v-
shaped
-Home to multiple wildlife and plant species
-Connected to many Blackfoot stories in
Lethbridge:
● Each coulee had a name
● Used them for navigation
● Alleyways for hunters
● Place to rest away from the wind,
● Place to find berries and medicine.
