The green roof project was inaugurated in 2011 and covers an area of 5,265 m2, of which 2,470
m2 are dedicated to vegetation. These green spaces help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and
produce oxygen for the inhabitants of Mexico City.

Situated in the heart of Mexico City, It has 2,800 square meters of land, a very limited area for a
tall building of approximately 80,000 square meters built.
Its architectural design and construction elements reflect Architect Benjamín Romano's
commitment to developing a building that addresses the needs of the environment,
sustainability, resource conservation, seismic resistance, as well as internal efficiency and
functionality for offices.

Building created in 2012 in Mexico City, which was the first to receive Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, thanks to its network of 105,000 LED bulbs
and its water treatment system, aiming to save and reduce the consumption of both electrical
energy and this vital liquid.

This tourist complex was created by T3arc and is in Morelos.
Recycled concrete tubes were used in the form of a pyramid for its construction. Additionally, it
features thermal rooms to reduce electrical energy consumption and a water-saving system,
positioning it as a viable option for green tourism and sustainable architecture.

The House is organized on a plot of 1,000 square meters and the house of concrete and wood
features a home divided into three parts, where each area is planned for a specific use that
maximizes natural light and perfect ventilation, it eliminates the need for air conditioning and
in addition to these qualities, water is collected from the roofs during the daily rainfalls of the
humid months.

The project addresses the urgent challenge of youth unemployment in the region by providing
high-level training in ICT’s. It is inspired by the mounds built by termite colonies in the region.
The tall ventilation towers create a chimney effect to naturally cool the main workspaces, while
fresh air is introduced through specially designed low-level openings.

It is an office building that opens to the city with its 15-story atrium. The atrium acts as a
window between the world of work and the outside, serving as a social hub for the building. It
also acts as an environmental buffer to reduce energy consumption.

The offices feature the latest technology and fire protection under NFPA standards.
Additionally, there is an unwavering commitment to environmental care, and the building was
conceived and designed to be ecologically responsible and energy-efficient. It was the first
building in Argentina to receive certification.

building in the city center but also how they vertically multiply it in a way that is
architecturally striking, integrated, and sustainable
