1. Nature of the project
1.1 Description
Feraud´s Italy is an Italian food restaurant chain.
The purpose of this project is to make children happy by offering delicious, healthy
and fresh Italian food. My business project will benefit parents who do not know what
to feed their children. The cost of the project will be fifty thousand dollars.
Example:
Feraud´s Italy has a natural environment and it has good Italian food. You can have
pizzas, spaghettis, raviolis, lasagnas, cappellettis, tortellini, and risottos as well as
desserts and drinks.
During your time at our restaurant you can listen to music of your preference and
share nice moments with your friends and family.

1.2 Rationale or Justification
Many parents do not know how to feed their children something that is healthy and
delicious at the same time, for that reason Feraud´s Italy will help parents when
feeding their children, because this food is healthy like parents want, and delicious like
children want.
The main motivation behind this project is that children have delicious and healthy food
all at the same time.
Example:
Feraud´s Italy will help parents and children have a good time in family, and it will not
matter what they eat because food will always be healthy, fresh and delicious.
1.3 Objectives
General Objective
To introduce society to an experience other than family food
as well as preparing good and healthy food for customers;
to obtain good reviews and allow the restaurant grow.
Specific Objectives:
 Offer customers good quality food.
 Offer good customer services.
 Offer specialized attention for children.
