    Our Experience on the boat
    The boat cruise was conducted as part of a leisure activity
    that lasted for a duration of 2 hours. The cruise embarked
    at 9:00AM. The route took us along the zambezi river
    which had pictureristique coastline, showcasing stunning
    views of the surrounding landscapes and wildlife.

    The cruise was well equipped and maintained with the aid of the staff
    members who were in charge of the cruise. The boat had consisted of
    a fully stocked bar offering a wide range of beverages and
    refreshments which also included a buffet with a wide variety of
    different foods.

    How do boat cruises try to stay sustainable?
    Wild Horizons have put it upon
    themselves to try and reduce waste
    products by prohibiting plastic waste and
    the reduction of plastic utensils .

    What happens if there are any emergencies?
    ● The staff members go through different emergency scenarios
    and are educated on what to do in emergencies
    ● There are emergency solutions to such problems such as
    lifejackets

    When is peak season?
    seasons where they operate in are summer and winter which are
    through the months May – August (Winter) and September – April
    (Summer) but usually the rainy season is when there are more
    customers attracted to the cruises.
    3 other facts we learned from
    researching
    1.Wild Horizons also promote many different branches of
    tourism in Victoria Falls,They do not simply specialise in
    boat cruises but also focus on marketing Victoria Falls
    and guiding new tourists on activities such as white water
    rafting, canopy tours etc
    2. They offer different cultural experiences that include
    local people,Wild horizons offers some cultural activities
    such as home cooked meals, meeting local people and
    touring the town (Including some of the parts less visited
    by tourists)
    3.Wild Horizons offer holiday packages which can be
    fully inclusive , They offer special holiday packages
    which include game drives,river safaris and many other
    interesting activities
