INTRODUCTION
 FOR every software engineering student going for internship,the objective is

to come out with an IT project that solves a problem of the company.
 The company in which I went for internship didn’t have much informations
concerning my school ISSMATA except the one provided by the school itself.
 This put the company in a difficult situation as they couldn’t know which type
of student they were hosting.
 That is why as an intern I decided to design and propose a website for ISSMATA
which will serve as future reference for any company willing to host ISSMATA
interns including graphic lab where I had my internship.
 The website is build solely to answer questions and is proposed to the school.
NB;
While not having a website does present these challenges, it's important to note that
Graphic Lab was still able to gather this information about ISSMATA through alternative
means, such as contacting the school through calls and WhatsApp discussions. However, I
as an intern I think that a well-designed and informative website can significantly enhance
a school's visibility and facilitate smoother communication between ISSMATA and any
other company that will be hosting their student for internship in the future.

OBJECTIVES OF MY PROJECT
 First and foremost, the objective of my project is to apply my programming

skills learned during the internship at graphic lab.
 Then its main to provide a guide for companies hosting future ISSMATA
interns.
 Another reason is to give answers to parents and future students that wish to
join ISSMATA to reach their goals.
 Another reason why this website was design is to serve as a tool for school
advertisement and reach different individuals at different corners of the
country.
PRESENTATION OF GRAPHIC LAB AND
ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT
 The company that hosted me for internship is called GRAPHIC LAB founded by
HUGUE ABENA
 Graphic lab is a forward thinking software engineering company that excels in
cutting edge solutions to meet the evolving technological demands of business
and individuals alike.Major activities of graphic lab comes a follows:

 I worked under the supervision of MR GBAMAN NARMAYE PATRICK who is the
manager of the web development department.
 AS an intern,I had the opportunity to learn the following:
1. Maintenance of computer
2. Learning programming using HTML,CSS AND JAVASCRIPT
3. GRAPHIC DESIGN
4. Implementation of computer programs like windows 10
METHODOLOGY
 1.Requirement Gathering and Planning:

 Informations gathering with much research which included websites like;

 2.Wireframing and Design:

 Done with the help of a pen and a paper to help me visualize upfront what my siteweb will look like
 3.Front-End Development:
 Done with help of a computer,visual studio code for programming,and coding languages used were HTML,CSS
and JAVASCRIPT
 4.Testing and Debugging:
 Testing take place in various computers and mobile phone to see how it works.
 5.Optimization and Performance:
 Few changes were made and other images were optimized to increase the loading speed of thewebpagw

This is a section reserved to students that give opinions on school matters and what their experience was like
CONCLUSION
 During my internship with the amazing team of graphic lab,I was able to gain
confidence and experience in web development and web design.
 I was able to apply my skills learned in HTML,CSS and JAVASCRIPT.
 As an intern I also had few difficulties and one of the major ones are a lack
of documentation and that made my research very difficult.
 Another difficulty is the lack of internet connection.I didn’t always have the
possibility to access the internet for research as there was only one wifi
station.This sometimes made things difficult because once it was connected
to many computers,the network became slower and sometimes wont respond
at all.
 Poor work life balance
RECOMMENDATION
 PURCHASE OF WIFI STATIONS THROUGHT OUT THE COMPANY

 FIXED WORKING HOURS SHOULD BE FIXED
 LACK OF DOCUMENTATION
 Conduct regular documentation audits to identify gaps and outdated information.
 Assign dedicated resources or a documentation team responsible for maintaining and
updating documentation.
