In MS PowerPoint 2010, you can create
presentations using templates or ‘Themes’, create Contents:
photo album presentations, modify the master - Creating a

5 Creating a Presentation Using a Template

• In MS PowerPoint 2010, a template is a design or a


pattern of a slide or group of slides. These
templates contain layouts, theme colors, theme
fonts, theme effects, background styles and
content.
• Custom templates can be created, stored and used
any number of times. You can also share these
custom templates with other users. Sine free
templates are also available online.
6 Creating a Presentation Using Themes

• A theme is an easy way to make a

set of formatting styles that includes
backgrounds, fonts, lines, fill effects,
