3. Task and outcome are separated for the clarity. Task means what students have
to do in the activity e.g Design a poster depicting………… and label it, and
outcome means what the product of the activity would be for submission at the
end of the lesson e.g: Finished Poster with labelling
4. Formative assessment to be written in the columns
5. Home connections added for Home assignments
6. WWW and EBI added for teacher reflection to be filled after the lesson is over
