INTRODUCTION
When a person receives Christ, his
spirit is recreated and becomes brand
new – he becomes born-again (II Cor.
5:17)
He also receives
the indwelling of
the Holy Spirit
We must renew our minds (souls)
through the word of God (Rom 12:2) and
keep our bodies under subjection to the
will of God(1 Cor 9:27).
7 SYMPTOMS OF A
RENEWED MIND
1. Live in hope
2. The impossible looks
reasonable
3. You live in peace and you don’t
worry. Your speculations are
positive
4. You are quick to forgive and
you are free to give others
grace and mercy.

5. You love yourself and you
rejoice in your weakness. God
flawed you on purpose for
where you are weak, He is
strong.
6. You are confident and thankful.
There is a difference between
confidence & arrogance –
arrogance doesn’t know
gratitude.

RENEWED MIND
(CONT’D)
7. You believe in others and you
give them the benefit of doubt.
When you have a renewed mind
you’ll always ask yourself WWJD!
