Here are some aspects of self-esteem needs:

healthy boundaries, and treating oneself with kindness and
compassion. It involves accepting oneself for who we are.

one's abilities and believing in oneself are crucial for building
and maintaining self-esteem. Accomplishments and successes
can reinforce this belief.

4. Positive Self-Image: Developing a positive self-image

involves having a realistic and accepting view of oneself,
embracing strengths and weaknesses, and practicing self-care.
5. Healthy Relationships: Building and maintaining healthy
relationships with others can also contribute to self-esteem.

self-worth.

growth, setting goals, and working towards self-improvement
