What is it? The way words are arranged in a sentence. Volgorde van woorden in een zin. Why is it used? In English we use word order to show who is doing what, and who is having it done to. Om te laten zien wie wat doet.
I am a baker.
Mmmmm.
What does he bake? The result of the action? He bakes chocolate cake.
He bakes chocolate cake in the oven. Subject=who He Verb =action baked Object=The result of the action chocolate cake Place=where in the oven.

Explanation Simple present Use action words to talk about habits and routines, such as a hobby or things that you do regularly or everyday, or something that is always true. You usually add an 's' to action words that are used with he, she or it.
Examples: I walk to school every morning. That I walk to school is a routine. It is something I do everyday. You play guitar. That you play guitar is a hobby. It is something you do regularly. They go to Spain each summer. That they go to Spain each summer is something they do regularly. It is something they do each summer. With some verbs you add an es the the end with he, she or it, such as go and do. Examples: He goes to bed early. That he goes to bed early is a routine. She does her homework everyday. That she does her homework is a routine.
