• Develops and executes training programs for new and tenured sales reps to teach a broad range
of sales skills.
• Works very closely with Senior Leadership to track skill and success levels of each Account
Consultant.
• Divides time between Field and Classroom instruction.
• Develops and presents training to Senior Leadership, Mid-Management ,and a team of 20
plus Technology Consultants.
• Designs a “life cycle” training schedule to address training for Sales Consultants at all levels of
expertise
• Prepares detailed training records and feedback reports on all training activities.
