those people are the rudest I have ever spoken to. I called them back to speak to a manager and they were condescending and rude.

My mother received a call from a spanish speaking "lawyer" who never provided her name or her law office's name. She insisted that my mother had purchased some health products from a company she avoided giving my mother the name of and asked why my mother had not paid $150.00 to this company. When my mother asked where the products had been shipped and when the lawyer provided my mother with my mother's former business address and indicated that the products had been shipped in 2008. My mother then informed her that if she had owed any money that it would have showed up about 7 months ago when she filed for bankruptcy. At that point the lawyer became upset and even more irate when asked who signed for the package. I then took the phone and began asking for documentation to be sent to me at which point the lawyer came back at me with insults and hung up on me. I called back and another woman answered the phone and when asked what the lawyer's name was refused to provide me with info and told me to call back in 20 minutes when I called back from my phone I got a message indicating that the phone was not accepting calls at that time. COMPLETE FRAUD PLEASE BEWARE!!!
