Received a text asking if was busy? Do not know the phone number.

Scam caller do not answer they will ask for social security number

He Claimed was from Con Ed , And my service was going to be desconected

I called a 1800 number left on my answering machine to alert me of a food contamination possibility about pizza,s i purchased from COSTCO When I called to learn the details of the concern there was a message informing me that number was not valid and press 1 to get the correct number after explaining why I was calling they advised me they could not find the correct number I asked were and who was I talking to they informed me they were a pay 411 service .I asked if they were charging me for this and they said no as no number could be provided . I now have a charge of 3.99 on my bill for a service I did not solicit and information that was never provided. This is in my opinion FRAUD as I was not informed this was a pay service .THEFT by charging for nothing delivered . as DECEIT by saying I would not be charged . !800 numbers should not be allowed to charge without making an advisement of their intention

How can these people call me and then charge 3.99 for the call? How can they get away with this??

I have been charged on my Bell Telephone Bill 03/12/12 16:14 January 28, 2013 for a call from 347-368-0984 and was charged $3.99. I can not understand why I am being charged this amount. I am senior citizen.

This number called me and managed to charge the call to Triton Global, which placed a $3.99 charge on my phone bill.
