TOTAL SCAM! Been playing phone tag with this guy. Same story as everyone below, he told me his name was David Brooks. Something about the photos didn't line up and I kept asking questions. Tried to find the unit on Bently through google maps and couldn't find anything that matched. It threw me off since he sounded really laid back and approachable. Glad I was suspicious enough to find this post. STAY AWAY!!

Scammer according to what everyone else said. My experience, he said his name is Robert, and audio engineer. Said he is out of town till Monday in SF and someone else wants the place, but he can hold it for whomever pays $250 deposit. Guy named mike lists on padmapper great deal for a back house on south bentley.. Total scam. Pictures are fake on ad and when I asked him to verify himself he said, "I'm giving you my word, seems like you want me to beg you.." Then hung up. SCAMMER BEWARE
