Tina;s estranged husband James Edward Yurgealitis posing as JLS has a history of criminal charges in Pennsylvania and Maryland ranging from harrassment, to grand theft, to assault and battery. He has been charged by both of his wives for assault and battery. His first wife was and still is a minister. He was forced into 'early retirement' from his job with the ATF after an internal affairs invesitigation uncovered misuse of government property. He has a history of posing as an ATF agent and giving false addresses. He has a charge on stet for harrassment in Baltimore County. He has creditors looking for him and recently had his vehicle repossessed for failure to pay. He is on a smear caqmpaign to spread viscious lies about her.

Tina was served three arrest warrants on June 13, 2013 following a hearing in the Court of Common Pleas for York, County, PA following a support hearing. The three warrants were for 1. Punching and Harassing her Stepdaughter on November 20, 2012, 2. Harassing and Kicking and otherwise assaulting her husband on November 20, 2012, and 3. Failure to pay a parking ticket in York, PA that she received in November 2012. Her failure to return the summons with a plea or payment caused the parking ticket to result in an arrest warrant.
