This phone has called me numerous times and has been told to stop calling this number. This is not a telemarketer, this is a collection agency and they are looking for a different person.

This number called me at 8:15 p.m. with an automated call and said I had a "Bad Debt". I am 73 yrs old and have had heart surgery. They gave me a number to call tomorrow but now I can worry all night. They called on behalf of a collection agency call Action Revenue Recovery in Monroe LA. I have an over 700 credit score and pay all bills promptly. Why didn't they wait and call when I could call back or identify themselves and what the supposed bad debt was and for whom. This is pure harassment.

Folks should know that this telemarketer number is one of many that Sedgwick Claims Dept ( ie:accidents, injuries, disability) utilizes for calls going out only. The research is gathered by a representative and typically you should be given a 1-800 Call Center number for any further inquiries you may have. Sedgwick is utilized for employee claims by large vendors such as WalMart. They deal with call volumes in the millions, but don't throw caution to the wind concerning giving personal information over the phone. Josie left a message at my office: friendly, professionl, clear & concise. However, upon returning the phone message I was inundated by a lengthy Sedgwick Menu requiring the person's last name, which was never given. Appropriately I forwarded my call to a Call Center where I reached a Human, Patty, who also was friendly and professional, but more than that was her kindness & patience in answering my questions. Competent employees reflect well on any company and Pattie's great attitude deserves recognition. Upon my research of this phone number I was dissappointed to see that there are no tabs for COMPLIMENTS, only complaints. So actually my complaint is against management staff for not providing a place for me to give compliments. :)

501476-5033 this the second these annoying people have called. they ask if this the residents last name, when i said yes there was a recording said they will call later. it's a pain in the ass.
