Personnel rude refused to identify themselves. I asked them to submit information in writing and the caller advised me that she would not do that and hung up on me. I believe this company is a scam. Fails to follow the Federal regulations regarding collectors. If I receive any further calls, I will file lawsuit with North Carolina attorney generals office.
