Got a call from (714) 869-0057 and my caller ID said it was from QCCCS. I have no idea who that is, I didn't answer it and nobody left a message.

I want this caller to stop calling my number. They call repeatedly and then do not answer. My number is on the Do Not Call List, but they are ignoring that stipulation.
