This is not a legitimate collection agency. They will call you numerous times and call relatives leaving threatening messages that you will be taken to court. A man named Bruce tried to threaten me and others with these calls and messages. Please contact and report them to your state Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I called an Attorney after I felt they violated my rights for a fake debt. I was told that the FTC is trying to locate the owner and that they are a scam. Hang up. You won't receive any lawsuit either.

This number says I have payday loan and are trying to sue me ! I don't have payday loans

This caller has my personal info & is claiming I have a loan with a company I have never heard of, I have researched it & it is out of Florida, I live in CA - They are threatening sending me to court. I have never had this loan & DO have the banking info they claim! This appears to be fraud or is a case of stolen identy!

Some guy named Nate Robinson called my brother's girlfriend, whom I've never met, and called my sister. He has the exact same voice as another scammer I talked to numerous times (thinking he was legit) about a month ago. It is a different company name and his name is different. I called the company that I supposed was in collections with and they said that my account was perfectly fine and to not give the guy any information. Once I stopped talking to the guy, they stopped calling and are now calling under the name Prime Source Capital Management. What a pain. One scam a month is just too much!

I live in California...this number called me and threatened me with a lawsuit under the name "Ross"
